Governors' and MAT Board Self-Review Questionnaires

This Governors' Self-Review Questionnaire was developed by Together People for use in External Reviews of Governance.
The survey is available on-line for either governing bodies or local governing boards to use for their own internal periodic review for only £120 per survey for each governing board, body or local governing council. We have also have a specific version for a MAT Board to conduct it's own self-review by the board directors.

We also now have a comparative report that means if you have used the self-review questionnaire previously you can compare your current results to the previous survey to easily identify where you have improved. This costs an extra £15 - a total of £135 per survey.

Chair's and MAT Chair's 360° Feedback Questionnaire

The most recent addition to our suite of tools is the Chair's 360° Feedback Questionnaire. This allows you as a Chair of Governors to run your own 360° Feedback process to assess where you can further develop your skills as Chair.
The survey is split into two components: a Self-Evaluation that you complete yourself and a second survey that your governors complete (including the clerk). The results from both are then brought together in a RAG-rated summary report.
Because the survey is online and managed by Together People your governor colleagues can be confident that their answers remain anonymous as you will not receive any information that let's you tie back answers to individuals.
We now also have a MAT-level version for Chairs of MAT Boards.
