Jane Lewis
Jane's most recent work has focused on improving governance. One of Jane's specialisms is in working with schools. She is an expert in providing external reviews of governance, and in training and coaching governors and academy trustees and directors. She was designated a National Leader of Governance (NLG) for over a decade.
Jane has a strong technical background in the private sector holding leadership positions in Operations, R&D, Organisation Development, Change Management & HR.
She has led teams to deliver change as well as coached others in Change Leadership in a variety of organisations including private sector, charities and education. A particular joy is working with Boards and senior teams to review and develop strategy. She has worked with York St John Business School as Senior Lecturer and associate working with Yorkshire businesses.
She is a Qualified Performance Coach with a passion for people development and organisational & community transformation.
Jane’s views and practice on Leadership & Organisational Development are informed by her Christian faith, the work of W Edwards Deming, Peter Scholtes, Kouzes & Posner and Robert Greenleaf.

Mark Lewis
Mark delivers Leadership and Management training drawing on his experience of leading and managing a wide variety of teams and leading people through organisational change.
He has 25 years leadership and management experience in IT within the financial services sector. His most recent experience within IT is in the Service Management arena - all the way from Service Desk, through Problem Management to Continual Service Improvement. Although his experience is within an IT context his real passion is developing people and processes; building learning and improvement into the way things are done.
He is a passionate Systems Thinker who has successfully delivered, and supported as a consultant, systems thinking interventions that have led to a step change in performance. His desire to influence company policy around the people agenda resulted in him becoming UK representative on a previous employer's European Consultation Forum.
Previously he has had roles in IT strategy & architecture, technical support, firewall security, account management and customer service.
His faith gives him a passion for the local church as a tool of community transformation and he has been a church leader for over 15 years.
