(This is a time limited offer as the funding expires in March 2010)
This project is co-funded by Learning and Skills Council and European Social Fund and can be used to work with you and your senior team on your business agenda, strategy, people or processes.
Examples of how you can use the funding are:
- Team working & development using a self-awareness tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Team Management Systems or Strength Deployment Inventory
- Organisational design : reviewing roles and responsibilities
- Systems thinking for your business
- Strategic development or review
- People management or process improvement (including performance management processes, process re-engineering and Best Practice)
Cost: Your company contribution will be from £240 to a maximum of £360 for 2 half day workshops or one whole day workshop designed and tailored to your needs.
