Jane Lewis
Jane has a strong technical background in the private sector holding leadership positions in Operations, R&D, Organisation Development, Change Management & HR.
She has led teams to deliver change as well as coached others in Change Leadership in a variety of organisations including private sector, charities and education. A particular joy is working with Boards and senior teams to review and develop strategy. She has a strong relationship with York St John Business School and has worked with them as Senior Lecturer and associate working with Yorkshire businesses.
She is a Qualified Performance Coach with a passion for people development and organizational & community transformation. In her spare time she is a School Governor and a Charity Trustee.
